Did this for 1 hour and skipped the other 20 minute and I felt I burn 1000 calories. Indeed a great workout. Thanksss. Hope to see changes within myself Edit :- is it okay if I skipped the other 20 minutes ? :)

Another great workout. I followed this from beginning to end. I 'm sweating the entire workout. This works for me. High energy, the pace I can keep up with just fine. Great job

Im 52 yrs old coach , made it through 1hr 7min trying to get stronger to finish completely, im getting there ....ill keep giving it a go until i make it.... Thank You Coach
