Very timely. I've been following you for awhile now and feeling better than I have in years. I'll be 81 in a few months and feel my age reversing now! Had a frozen back which totally loosened up with a major fall followed by a slipped disc. You have given me the means to get my life back. Thank you

At the age of 63, F, I DESPISE going to the fitness center, just across the street, because of the people who go there all the time, as I get tired of them…I’ve been observing a time when it is quieter in there so I can go more often during that less busy time. I appreciate a video showing how to strength muscles without the machines.

I know exactly what you mean I was used to going to the gym Getting my workout done But now that it has become a trend The gyms are always packed with idiots Most don’t have a clue They waste time on their phones So it takes longer to get your workout done

I am so grateful that I discovered your videos! I have strengthened my legs to the point where I am able to stand on my own from a low car seat....something I haven't been able to do for decades! I'm in my seventies, and I can climb up on my patio from the ground level, also with no assistance. I am looking forward to trying these exercises as well....thank you for this!

Thanks for this, I used to be fit 20 years ago, but now Im a couch potato. Im realising the older you get, movement is so important. I will start with your video and build up from there. You prove, you don’t need an expensive gym membership, but to move and start somewhere/anywhere.

Thanks a lot for your advice and tips…they value a lot.I struggle with muscle loss after treatments for breast cancer, I always was fit but after cancer I feel like I am a lot older than I actually am.Movement is the key in almost everything, helped me a lot after the double mastectomy that I had, i did exercises that my surgeon recomended after the surgery, I did those every day since 3 years ago, and I know for sure that kept my range of motion almost perfect.Thanks a lot for your videos and the effort you put in all this!!❤

Very nice doable exercise routine! BTW, donkey calf raises can also be done on the kitchen bench, which makes it extra easy to fit into odd minutes while you are waiting for water to boil, etc.

Yeah lunges ain’t happening with my PFS I have use machines to isolate my quads so my patella tracks in groove & gastro so I stay stretched out
