1:24 There are 10 bosses in the first game, 15 in the second. That is a 50% difference, which I would argue is a bit more significant than Yahtzee makes it sound.

Weird, almost every other video I see on no more heroes two says that two was better because the characters (with the exception of jasper bitch jr.) were more interesting. To each their own I guess.

Thomas Cullinan I'd have to disagree there. Some of them had interesting gimmicks but the characters in the first one had a bit more 'story' to them. They had more well rounded personalities rather than just being spastic. They felt more like people. Doctor Peace is an unscrupulous detective with problems with his daughter. Charlie Macdonald was a football player with all the cliches that come with it and a giant robot. Holly Summers didn't exactly talk about herself much but seemed to have seen war. And she had honor and a heart I would say. Matt Helms is a horror cliche who doesn't talk. Basically they were more substance in the first one and more flash in the second one. Still good, but I had to look up the names of the characters from 2 if that tells you anything.

Well I personally LOVED No more Heroes 2!.. It was just so up my alley, that it isn't even funny. Travis went through some quite serious shit in that one, which is one of the reasons I loved it so much. I can count the Wii games that I like on one hand.. And 2 of those games are No more heroes and No more Heroes 2..
