OMG, the balance. My balance has never been great, even as a young ballet student. So now I'm older, it really is something I need to work on. Strength is a huge component of balance, so that's good. It's my concentration and confidence I need to work in balancing.

I've been doing yoga for almost 2 years and balance practices are an integral part of the program, so I was feeling pretty confident when you said you had some balancing moves as part of the prehab exercises. I did not think the balance ex were lame. I’ve been noticing my balance is less stable when exercise walking and trying to simultaneously turn my head to look at wildlife. I appreciate this!!! And yes my dr aware. Getting my inner ear and vision checked too;).

Great workout PJ! It may have been no repeat, but every muscle in my lower body has been well worked! That balance challenge at the end showed me that years of practicing yoga on a regular basis has really paid off. It wasn't easy, but I did the exercises with minimal wobbling (and didn't need the chair). Thanks for keeping us challenged and helping to improve all areas of fitness!

On the copenhagen, which I'd never seen or done before, I tried it, but modified by bending the bottom leg and leaving the bottom foot on the floor. I was concerned I'd injure my adductors if I went too hard while learning the move. But it was interesting. Maybe I'll try it as shown next time (if I can get around how my chair is constructed).
