No sugar ! No flour! no milk! gluten-free cookies in 10 minutes, melt in your mouth! very delicious!
Ingredients:
6 tablespoons of peanut butter, or any nut butter you like (90g).
6 tablespoons of melted coconut oil, or unsalted butter (82g).
1/3 cup of Erythritol, or any other sweetener you like (65g)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (5ml).
1 large egg + 1 large egg white.
~1/2 cup of coconut flour (60g).
1 teaspoon of baking soda (5g).
a pinch of salt.
~ 1/3 cup of sugar-free chocolate chips (60g).

So you have the start of cookies which could be healthy, sustainable and ethical...but then you contaminate it by adding eggs, which are produced for a bird's REPRODUCTION, not for human consumption? Why don't you use ground flax for binding, for health (full of Omega-3s) no cholesterol and no menstrual fluids? Are you still learning how to cook or are you just unaware of animal cruelty and exploitation?
