Shōchū (Japanese: 焼酎) is a Japanese distilled beverage. It is typically distilled from rice, barley, sweet potatoes, buckwheat, or brown sugar, though it is sometimes produced from other ingredients such as chestnut, sesame seeds, potatoes, or even carrots.
Shōchū should not be confused with sake, a brewed rice wine. Its taste is usually far less fruity and depends strongly on the nature of the starch used in the distilling process. Its flavor is often described as "nutty" or "earthy".

Хотел похвалить японскую технику, она маленьких размеров, очень практичная и выносливая и что самое интересное не бьёт плоды картофеля, хоть они и не совсем ровные и больших размеров. Недавно у нас появился картофель Батат и уже набирает обороты популярности, думаю у вашего сорта тоже есть будущее на нашем рынке. Наши сорта картофеля не такие вкусные уже приелись потребителю, а наша уборочная техника оставляет желать лучшего, она большая, тяжёлая, плохого качества, дорога в обслуживании и бьёт все плоды при уборочных работах, говорю вам как тракторист. Так что японцы-молодцы и в очередной раз показали свой интеллект и практичность. Удачи вам во всем, вы на правильном пути! 🤗😉👌
