My worst enemy at 73 years old is getting into AND STAYING in shooting shape. Super important as you age folks. If you can’t draw and hold with ease the rest of working on other form training is not even relevant. I literally have to shoot some arrows, at least 20+ a minimum of every other day. Even 4-5 days I can tell there’s a difference in everything. 👍👍

Im dealing with old man eyes, over a 6 month period i went from great vision to blind as a bat for anything inside arms length, my pin turned into a cluster of 5 starburst looking objects...have to run a verifier lens now. Bigger peep as well, plus the lens housing, my peep looks like a donut now, deer season ends Saturday, gonna go to a longer bar on my sight, try to turn this donut into a smaller donut perhaps....gettin old aint for sissies !

Turning 69 in a couple weeks.I rarely go a day without shooting. I also work out at least 4 days a week. My eyes are also starting to be a problem especially my right (dominant) eye. I shoot a medium strength verifier with a 3/16 peep. I also reduced both my bows to 63 lbs.

@@lawrencefranck9417 great idea. But in my game room I can shoot up to 25 ft. I have a big shot 450 bag set up high enough where Im shooting level so my bow is my trainer.

@@timbow50 from my laundry, across the kitchen, down the hall, i get a perfect 20 yards ! 👌...bow hangs all year, hardly ever walk past without picking it up and shooting an end. Maybe why im divorced as well. Hittin the X is not a problem as long as i can see my sight , and keeps my muscles tuned, i shoot recurve as well, mostly to keep my back muscles i hold with strong

I’m shooting the pse unite nock on edition, huge fan of Dudley. My bow is unbelievably accurate, the only time I have problems is when I’m overthinking. Keep it simple, pin on target shoot. I can’t believe how accurate this bow is when I stop thinking and just shoot it. Amazing bows!

lol….things a good one John…this is a great video for what’s going on in most people’s lives with winter time blues and. Or shooting much…I would like to ask you and all about “warm ups”…probably getting some eye rolls but really what are some good things that you do to warm up before shooting a practice round and to stay loose while hunting before the big shot?….these videos are great John and I look forward to the next….😊

Another great video. I'm currently working through the process of discovery - how to identify what it is that I suck at. Understanding perfect form/technique. Your videos are invaluable for this purpose. Thank you!!

Hey dud, what do you think about taking a piece of string, tie it to your belt loop then loop it up over your bow shoulder, like a shoulder trainer to keep it down and not bunched up? Could put it under your shirt
