@TUSHAR PALAN you should Google stuff before speaking.. i respected your opinion of spider silk and included it in my comment, but you just needed to show everyone how smart you are. So to completely destroy your knowledge base, I searched google and found that the tensile strength of carbon nanotubes is 20 times that of spider silk of the same diameter, and carbon nanotubes is the strongest material discovered till date. Spider silk doesn't come close dude.

Ive watched countless videos and talked to people online but for some reason your video is resonating so much more with me. Something about just the bluntness and honesty you give. Talking about how you had a bad relationship and you were in the darkest spot you've been so you decided to set on a quest to improve your life, and how your mind still races from time to time like I feel like most people pretend everything Is good all the time. I remember going through army basic training and journaling every single day, going through forced no fap, and yeah constant cold showers. I felt really good, it took my mind off things when they were getting tough, and I felt genuinely really happy and putting down the things that I was really grateful for. I'd write about the things I did every single day throughout basic training, and when I missed a day I'd always spend like half the night writing about it, and when it was around the time I got out, I started fucking up, and like forgetting about the things that I achieved. I guess it was cause I was hyper infatuated with my girlfriend at the time cause I missed her so much after 3 months of being gone, and I really couldn't wait to see her. I'd say basic training was ever really the healthiest I've been. Not jerking off every single day, working out, and always doing something within these days. Around when I got out of basic training, I was genuinely happy with all I've accomplished, and like afterwards in AIT (Advanced Individual training) I've threw all of that down the drain since, well I had the chance to be a bit more free and wild. Recently my girlfriend broke up with me last Sunday morning after a solid 3 year relationship, god that hurts to think about and say.. It was over the phone, and man I shed fucking tears like a fountain, I cried and pleaded with her and all, and she just kept brick walling me, and saying I hate to see you like this, but this isn't going to change my decision about this. It was a genuine time that I felt like goddamn, I'm literally worthless without this woman. I know, it is a pathetic mindset, but, It's how my mind was set to be in the relationship, and especially after. I want to start fixing myself for the better, and I really want to find my own self-worth for the better. I started coming around your videos recently. The day after she broke up with me, I came across your videos, and watched your video about getting through a breakup and what you learned. It was amazing though, and I was so happy to see your gigantic improvement, but at the same time I was stuck in my zone, wondering if things will ever be better for me. But, after tad bit of healing and talking to people about it.. I feel like I feel my self-worth was coming back genuinely. I still cry about the relationship, and whatnot, and how I could've improved in a-lot of ways. I never wanted to join the army, but it was because of her, and it was out of the spur of the moment and wanted to marry her so bad, and take her with me while in, but of course things didn't go as planned and well she didn't want to, and I will admit I was definitely rushing it, and that's my fault. But, I guess the breakup was for the better, to help me find my actual self in the midst of nothing, and finally wake up out of the trance of infatuation and love. I really want to better myself and change my lifestyle, and find my own happiness when their is none, and I guess this is where I need to start in general.

I've already factory reset my iPhone fina to throw in trash can. brought a flip phone from Walmart and this is gonna be my only phone for 2021. i have to conquer this addiction. and what make it so sad is that i known about nofap since 2013 when I was in 10th grade but still fighting this shit. now I'm the stories I use to read about(nothing feel exciting anymore, hard PED, life just complete auto pilot and etc.) i will check in every now and again on my desktop on youtube but that's it. I'm ready to feel alive again. p.s i have covenant eye for porn blocker for my computer. I've come to the conclusion that I cant have any type of temptation in the first few months(longest streak was in 2017 60days). that why I'm going to the flip phone. peace wish yall the best of luck for 2021.

A little help for cold showers is you don't have to go straight into the Cold. Similar to weight training is add a little more every time. Progressively lower the water temp as you're in the shower. If you get to a point where you can't go anymore, stop, and stay at that temperature. Once you get used to it, push yourself a little more.

When he says that over time cold showers get easier, I don’t think he means that it doesn’t feel as cold, or at least it won’t be that big of a difference. From my experience it’s your mental toughness that improves. I went from jumping into a cold shower and feeling in shock and breathing heavy to being able to just walk in and take the cold. I would personally recommend taking cold showers they make you feel great. Good luck

With cold showers, I have found much success starting with hot water to wash the private areas, then turn down the water gradually to a temperature you can handle. As you wash up, your body will get used to the temp, so you can turn it down further as you shower. Eventually, your body will get used to colder and colder temps

Very informative, interesting to hear your points on these subjects. I would say, as someone who's very shy, and has mild to moderate social anxiety, NOFAP works EXTREMELY well at getting rid of the anxiety, and that's no bulls*t. Found it to be far more effective than beta-blockers or antidepressants (but can only speak for me, and respect the fact that what works for one person may not for another). Walking into a shop and speaking to the customers and staff with confidence became easy if on NOFAP for a week or more. Whereas, if off NOFAP, walking into a shop with people would cause anxiety, and avoidance altogether. Found myself wanting to go out and seek out conversation, rather than avoiding it, and the motivation to seek out a better life became very strong. This all goes away if spanking the jank on a regular basis.
