There’s something about the introduction to this video that grabs my soul. It highlights the little touches of architecture and sound design that the programmers put into this game. For those quick minutes, it wasn’t just a level in a game, it was a slice of history that I was lucky to be given the opportunity to study. Shadow was a special game, and Nomad is the special person who opened my eyes to it.

Nomad really is the master in this game. I could never imagine it would be possible to remove Cenobia from its arena. If I could, I would double like this video. Nomad deserves all “likes” possible.

Makes me wonder how he'd interact with Celosia and Sirius. They're pretty much the same Colossus, albeit a tiger (Celosia), a lion (Cenobia), and a boar (Sirius), you'd think they'd run around the fields and play fight like siblings?

Man this is incredible, Thank you so much for letting us see this wonderful video, It's amazing to see Cenobia run in places that is not supposed to be. I have a few questions and if you or someone could answer I'll be very grateful. 1. Can it go to more places than G7? 2. Does it have an animation of a attack or something for when there's no one to attack? Like wander that swings his sword or something like that. 3. Does Cenobia run as fast as Agro? Answers: 1) Technically I can put Cenobia (or any other colossus) in any other place in the forbidden lands - or even outside the world map 2) Yes, it still maintains all it's normal movements (animations) no matter where it is 3) Agro runs much faster than Cenobia, check out this video of Cenobia and Agro 'walking'. (kzbin.info/www/bejne/gmmThnWweNysnNE#t=9m37s) Based on this, there is no doubt Agro is much faster! 4) Yes, as mentioned above I can do this for all the colossi, but it takes a lot of work - long hours over days - very hard to do. But the results are worth it. These videos are a testament to all the hard work I have put into this game - and I hope they last for a long time ; )

Do you measure Wander as 1.8 meters? Compared to the Horses all human characters are really short in this game. In the medieval times I also hear its normal for people to be shorter, depending on where you are in the world. And considering this looks more medieval it would make sense.

In the video description you will find my blog post about the colossi sizes - there are two scales - the in game (programmed scales) and what I call the 'real world' scales, that is if the colossi were actual living creatures. The colossi sizes have also been contentious and a real pain for me to pin down. But I'm happy with these final results.

Good work Nomad! Now I have a thought... Since you are able to move terrain to your own specific coordinates, maybe in order to get the game to think that G7 (Stonehenge) was C2, you could maybe somehow toggle the terrain which Cenobia fights at and move it just under the terrain at G7 and when cenobia is on top of it, the game will act as though he is still at C2 and will be able to move around that moved territory. Now I'm unsure as to how much you are able to move around, I don't know if you are able to move JUST the ground of C2's territory, but if you can, maybe it's worth a shot? I'm not sure.

The only thing that works (kind of) is if I move the G7 terrain landscape models to C2 (Cenobia's arena). I did this once before - I took land (ironically from G7) and moved it to E6 (Phalanx's arena) - so it looked like Wander was seeing Phalanx flying over green fields. But the problem was that the landscape doesn't match the terrain, so Wander would sink into the ground etc. See here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/g2qWoZ9riL2FhtE#t=55m15s As you can see, the problem is the collisions - If I could extract the collision data from G7 and move it to G2 (or reverse), then we would have something special - I could fight a colossus at any place in the forbidden lands. But as it is, I am limited to what I did in this video.

It would be too hard to explain... there are many steps involved, each requiring a unique knowledge of how to hack the game via using the PCSX2 emulator and a memory editor. I could only do this based on my 8 years of experience... I don't think anyone else in the world could replicate this... perhaps WWWArea (aka SpaceOmega5000) who taught me how to hack the game back in 2009 ; )

Yes, I'm controlling the colossus! The reason for this is because at one time (in the early stages of the game) the developers had the idea that in the 2nd play through of the game, there could be two players! One player controlling Wander and the 2nd player controlling the colossus! Sadly, this idea was never implemented in the game, yet the controls for the colossi are still there in the code... hence, I can control this colossus and make it run around as you see in this video.

There's nothing behind that door - just empty space. It was never meant to be a door sadly, it's just a weird looking indentation in the side of the temple, nothing more.
