Use this Non Sleep Deep Rest | NSDR | 20 minute Yoga Nidra for relaxation, to cultivate ease and for deep rest. Yoga nidra is also known as non sleep deep rest (NSDR) and induces relaxation on all levels of your being. This 20 minute yoga nidra can also be used as a morning meditation and for stress relief.
Championed by Google CEO Sundar Pichai and Dr Andrew Huberman, NSDR meditation is designed to calm and soothe the nervous system, untangle stress from the body and reduce anxiety. Expect to emerge from this 20 minute yogic sleep feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Non Sleep Deep Rest | NSDR | 20 minute Yoga Nidra
This guided meditation includes a short body scan meditation and breathwork. This nidra meditation is a guided relaxation that incorporates the transformational sleep system I’ve learned as a student of Ally Boothroyd at Sarovara Yoga.

WOW! U ACTUALLY LIVE IN HONG KONG? I ALWAYS WANTED TO VISIT THERE BUT WHAT A TREAT TO LIVE THERE AS I HEAR ITS VERY BEAUTIFUL & HARDLY ANY CRIME! Hi all! I noticed that I went "in and out of conscious" (falling half asleep 😂) during this practice. Is this something that's normal or does it take more practice from me? Would love to hear your tips on this, since I'm new to NSDR and Yoga Nidra. Thank you for the wonderful video, Rosalie! ❤

Hi Priscilla. This is very common. I often say that the most difficult part of the practice is staying awake! Please know that whatever experience you have is the perfect one for you at that time. If you're falling asleep, it means your body really needs it. Once you've made up that sleep deficit, you will find it easier to stay awake :)

@@RosalieYoga I feel like I finally have control of my mind I do this whenever I feel like there is nothing left and my Head starts getting so loud that I can't think anymore After the "session" I feel so rested and my thoughts are not as bad and loud as they were before With every single time I do this I feel like I'm gaining control over my feelings and thoughts back I just wanted to say thank you that you chose to share this, that you chose to help people like me who are struggling with bad thoughts I really hope that one day I can give something back to the people
