I’m gonna keep it a stack. Both parties are dumb more so the defendant. You don’t don’t just give someone a giant loan like that especially if you just met them. My thing is also is that when the Judge say “you’re dumb” they respond with “I agree” but I don’t really think they see how dumb they are. Who’s to say it won’t happen again?
