I'm always on the lookout for Lovecraft themed .wads, maps, mods or anything at all, the Rats On The Walls map was really great! When I first saw the map name, I started to wonder how they would gimmick the map based on the tale, with some maddening sound or something, but the ghost spectres we're genius, could never see that coming, and the "Doom Cute" on it just makes it more detailed and loreful, like a non-eldritch, dream-like tale would be, a perfect homage. Also this reminds me of a comment that I made on the God Machine outtake video, that goes "I like to think that this is maybe how HP Lovecraft would play DOOM. Tranquil voice, always educated and explaining everything and TORMENTED BY THE HORRORS OF DOOM IN A REPEATED, DREAMING, AND TIME WASTING MANNER!!!"

Interesting idea, playing around with quirks of the game. I really liked the doom-cute map (Rats in the Walls) the best. Overall good maps, though they don't seem to really fit together and feel more like a compilation (which I guess it is) and thus a bit... random. What I personally was not fond of was the intermission-screens - both music and the message. Feels more like trolling/shitposting - which I guess was the intention? But this is not really my cup of tea. Also what I didn't like was the Nightmare idea behind it. Don't get me wrong, it's really interesting to see you collect items instead of kills and working with the quirks of this difficulty. But due to the nature of respawning enemies, you're forced to rush the maps - which in turn leaves less time to enjoy the scenery and commentary. Anyway, I look forward to the next episode. Good job everyone!
