How were you able to get through the Circle Arms portion? I have damage to my core (lower back), and attempting this was not only painful, but I had to stop and support my lower back with my hands just to stand up straight again. Any insight you (or the instructor) could provide would be appreciated. For the record, I also had problems with the body twisting during the warmup.

@@Stormtytan Had to watch a second time to remember Circle Arms as it’s different in 10 Mindful Movements. Might the time of day performing this routine affect your injuries? I know if I’ve just woke up after a long sleep and do 10 Mindful Movements or Ba Duan Jin it can be painful to “touch the earth” or do up and down stretches so I only do it as far as I can naturally go without it being painful (not very far). If it’s later in the day this isn’t much of an issue as there’s been more of a chance to move around. If something is painful it might be helpful to go only as far as you can, or do movements that don’t hurt during that movement.
