I so relate to you, Sydney! I started NML workouts last July and it’s the first time in my life I’ve enjoyed working out. The formats are amazing and so easy to fit into my schedule, and the focus on progress over aesthetics is life changing. I filled my garden beds with a literal TON of soil this weekend with just a shovel and a wheelbarrow in less than 2 hours…and I wasn’t even sore the next day! A miracle! Loved this workout!! I loved Sydney's comment about her fave leg workout, "not this one!" LOL... but that is a testament to Linds! She gets us out of our comfort zone and we do HARD moves ... great workout!!! Loved it.
