Love this workout. I also love the dialogue…as a working mom I find that if I don’t prioritize my wellbeing I am not able to enjoy my time with my kids and husband. Thank NML team for helping me be a better mom, wife, self

I’m a 22 year old guy… I have zero guilty or shame form doing this workout that said for womans in the tittle and probably targeting moms, but I don’t care lol I absolutely get but kicked after this

Such an absolute favorite- AMAZING strength and hiit🔥🔥🔥 Heart rate was up the ENTIRE time and the burn just keeps burning- loooove the time drop format!! Any workout that has lunge jumps, weighted squat jumps, AND burpees is gonna be fire. And way to go Terren!

This was my first work out in about a month and I loved it. I'm 11 1/2 weeks with baby #4 and I finally don't feel like complete garbage and have the energy to work out. The past month was literal survival mode between working full time and taking care of the kids, and my dog lol and its so nice to feel like myself again! I dug out my 10 and went for it. Thanks for the mods, I have a new appreciation for them! This will be my second NML baby and I'm so grateful for all the work you guys do to make such effective workouts. Also excited to say that after 3 girls we're have a baby boy!

I'm so glad that I found your channel. I find your workouts more challenging, which is good and sometimes bad😂. I almost exclusively follow Rachel. But, being 53 and a heart attack Survivor, I'm just glad that I can do any of it. Thank you for so many options, especially on those days that I'm like, ugh, I need to do this. I haven't been able to follow all the days in each program, so on those days that I know I must workout, even when I'm not feeling it, I know that I can find something that will get me moving. By the way, I love the loop band workouts. Thank you. I appreciate you and the Amazing Rachel so much.

I loved this time drop because I was able to challenge myself. I started the first round with 15 pounds, then 17.5, and for the last round, 20 pounds. It was another awesome workout and strength burn.

On fire 🔥! Loved the snatch + squat and single arm press, plus the lateral squats + curls! At one point during the first round, I thought “These 15s are feeling easy, maybe I can go up next round…” Then I looked down and realized I was holding 20s! Thank you for always pushing us to lift heavy! 💜

Right there with you Terren, I was 2nd guessing if I wanted HIIT today, but SO glad I did it! Love the time drop. The first round always makes me question if I can make it to the end, and I always do! But it sure is spicy.

Great workout girls! I used to be a stay-at-home mom. I homeschooled my three sons. And found time to work out everyday sometimes including them. Sometimes not. You can find the time. And I do want to say to you mom's out there. I know there can be times when you feel overwhelmed, but I just want to encourage you to embrace motherhood. It is only for a season. It does go by so fast. Live life with no regrets!!!!? ❤️

So measuring gains, when I started this over a year ago I didn’t have the strength for a reverse table top stretch or holding a glute bridge. Proud to say I can do both now! And it’s only one but did my first toe push up today! Woot woot! Next week maybe two!

Full body day✔️ Off for Good Friday today so actually got to do a whole workout. Did lunge jumps for the first time since my knee surgery and boy are they hard! Who am kidding whole thing was hard but did most of it with 20’s so feeling strong & shaky! Thank you ladies and remember on this Good Friday, Sunday is coming!

This was spicy!!! I loved the time drop format with 9 exercises. The time flew by! The snatches with squat thrusts were fire. Loved it! And I always love doing leg lowers with overhead pulls. Awesome workout!
