Such an absolute favorite- AMAZING strength and hiit🔥🔥🔥 Heart rate was up the ENTIRE time and the burn just keeps burning- loooove the time drop format!! Any workout that has lunge jumps, weighted squat jumps, AND burpees is gonna be fire. And way to go Terren!

This was my first work out in about a month and I loved it. I'm 11 1/2 weeks with baby #4 and I finally don't feel like complete garbage and have the energy to work out. The past month was literal survival mode between working full time and taking care of the kids, and my dog lol and its so nice to feel like myself again! I dug out my 10 and went for it. Thanks for the mods, I have a new appreciation for them! This will be my second NML baby and I'm so grateful for all the work you guys do to make such effective workouts. Also excited to say that after 3 girls we're have a baby boy!

I'm so glad that I found your channel. I find your workouts more challenging, which is good and sometimes bad😂. I almost exclusively follow Rachel. But, being 53 and a heart attack Survivor, I'm just glad that I can do any of it. Thank you for so many options, especially on those days that I'm like, ugh, I need to do this. I haven't been able to follow all the days in each program, so on those days that I know I must workout, even when I'm not feeling it, I know that I can find something that will get me moving. By the way, I love the loop band workouts. Thank you. I appreciate you and the Amazing Rachel so much.

I loved this time drop because I was able to challenge myself. I started the first round with 15 pounds, then 17.5, and for the last round, 20 pounds. It was another awesome workout and strength burn.

On fire 🔥! Loved the snatch + squat and single arm press, plus the lateral squats + curls! At one point during the first round, I thought “These 15s are feeling easy, maybe I can go up next round…” Then I looked down and realized I was holding 20s! Thank you for always pushing us to lift heavy! 💜

Great workout girls! I used to be a stay-at-home mom. I homeschooled my three sons. And found time to work out everyday sometimes including them. Sometimes not. You can find the time. And I do want to say to you mom's out there. I know there can be times when you feel overwhelmed, but I just want to encourage you to embrace motherhood. It is only for a season.
