I really appreciate these 10 minute or less videos. I combine them to do 15-17 minutes in the morning and then try to do a 15-20 min speed walk in the afternoons. It helps me be more consistent instead of being intimidated by a 30-40+ minute workout.

Same! Sometimes only have 20min start to finish workout in the morning and a quickie but intense arms or legs strength means I’ll get a workout in for the day!

This was awesome . Biceps were the most challenging for me. I used 20lbs for biceps & back and 12 lbs for the shoulder & triceps. Followed this with a 40-minute cardio workout .

How do you schedule your food around your workout? I like to go to the gym in the mornings, but I can’t go on a completely empty stomach but obviously if I eat too much too soon, it makes me feel nauseous. What do you do right after your workout? Like a protein powder or something? I don’t wanna take a cold smoothie with me because it will be warm by the end of my workout .

The original 10 min arms is probably the workout I add on the most! It kills me every time.🫠 Love the new one too! And I HAD to do all the push ups from my toes after the super cool shout out you gave me!!(along with the 3x10 set for the monthly challenge)😂
