What I miss often in your videos is the texture of the end product. If you put the camera very close and break in this case the bread the texture and structure of it is very good visible. Read your instructions on the bread. Could you please elaborate more on the baking instructions - Why take the bread out of the loaf pan to a baking sheet after 45 minutes of baking and continue to bake it 15 - 25 minutes on a baking sheet? Love your channel!
@Pastadudde5 жыл бұрын
I'm guessing the reason for taking it out of the loaf pan is to let the sides of the loaf come into direct contact with the oven heat and crisp up / form a crust.

Is there a reason you cannot use yeast with some of these doughs? I do understand the bread still won't rise as much without gluten, but it still might make some of these denser breads more fluffy. Is yeast forbidden for some diets? Is it an allergy? I'm not judging, I just really don't know.

@@houndjog Dear lady, you've got a GREAT point, but I can only find large containers of psyllium. I've found organic psyllium from India, but I'm concerned purchasing anything from overseas. i must ask about the amount of hot water... my dough is quite dry and falls apart, but when I look at yourtutorial the douh seems yo be fairly wet... so what might be the problem... too coarse the mix of nuts or too little water..And the flax seed do not stay in the dough... they are so shiny and smooth.. wonder if flax seeds in Sweden are different compared to ones you use.
