I love this recipe, other recipes I saw had only mango and water as ingredients or mango and curd alone This recipe has so much more and is far healthier Thank you so much❤

I made this today, using apple instead of mango. I also soaked my dates since I did not have medjool dates. Great recipe! Thank you!

This looks delicious! I tried this recipe with True Elements Rolled Oats and it turned out great. Do try they as they have best quality oats which makes this smoothie tasty and awesome.

Nisaji.. how to avoid the oats smoothies from getting slimy? The texture wasn't very pleasant. I used ice cubes instead of water and blended for not more than 30 seconds.

I think add milk instead of curd and in addition to mango add some quantity of banana with sugar to it. So it may help

I'm not sure but i think flaxseeds are good to maintain the blood pressure .. It's rich in omega 3 so it's good for your heart ..
