Perfect perfect workouts for beginners like me…it always look simple when Johanna does it but it’s not that simple my friend. I was completely drenched with sweat. I lost 3 kgs in a month with Joanna workouts combined with healthy food.. pls keep doing this good stuff Johanna.😊❤

I haven’t done one of your workouts in so long just because I haven’t been exercising at all. I’ve finally gotten things in order and I am super excited to try out your new videos. I know that it is going to be difficult and my fat will start crying, but I must do it!

This was day 13 in Ramadhan workouts and since I was on my moon circle and feeling like moving I did it. What a burn! Thinking it was a 15 minutes hahah it fells good.

Tried this after my cardio sesh today. I am DEAD!!! Alternative between the upper body workout, the 7 min ab workout and now this every day. By xmas i am going to be FIT!!👌🏼

Hi Johanna, thanks so much for your videos. My doctor recently told me that I have deteriorating bones and any exercises needing me to bend feels impossible to do. Is there any exercises where I can build my legs and butt without bending or squatting?

How many months usually takes to get to reduce fat? Or to get a good shape? I got fats near my stomach area hopefully this will be good to reduce my stomach area.

Results really depends on your body composition. There're isn't a set time because it really depends on how much body fat you want to lose and your fitness goal. Generally, if you workout consistently and eat a well balanced diet, you will start to notice the changes in your body within 4 - 6 weeks. I hope this helps. ☺️

Hii my weight is 69 and I m 25 yr old I have also a medical issue that is hypothyroidism I take 25mg medicine of thyroid .I m to much tired by your exercises.i have start before 3 days .I wish I will reduse my bally fat .I m so worried about this .Will u plzz tel me about my fitness how can I reduse my weight
