House Tour of OverPriced Tiny Home In Avondale Arizona Just 1 minute walk from Liquor Store that Sells blue and red bandanas. This is not the greatest area in #AvondaleArizona and #rentalhomes are still high and this is in the hood of Avondale AZ however admittingly the rental house is nice but the house is so small and the area is semi bad. You'll get to see in this vlog city tour #housetour

IMO Avondale is getting these prices due to their proximity to Goodyear. The Goodyear/Buckeye home interest is fire right now. AZ west valley is starting to see its potential. When I bought a home in Gilbert several years back it was interesting to see how Queen Creek & San Tan looked then. Now those cities are quickly rising in price. As far as the rent for the homes you showcased… it’s a no for me!

I love your humor. Another way to see what the neighborhood in your area is like is to see how animals act around you. Are they friendly or frightened and aggressive? Hurt animals mean you have cruelty in the area. Or how many doors have security doors and bars on windows. Are there people out walking their dogs and children riding bikes and playing? Dead flying cock roaches are also an indication of something to think about. Best thing to do is knock on the next door neighbors door to introduce yourself to ask about the area and get a feel for who your neighbors will be. If they are friendly and talk to you, then that is always a good thing. All things you do anyway...very smart. House shopping is hard enough, always helps to have tips. They want too much for rent here, so sad. Many are being taken advantage of right now. Arizona is getting pricey.

I agree very small. Can’t believe they don’t have a microwave in the kitchen given there isn’t much counter space. And if everyone comes out of their bedroom at the same time there would be a traffic jam, not enough hallway space. Definitely a home for a couple with small kids. However the next home they did better with the kitchen, but still small. No back door now I don’t know about that 🤷🏽‍♀️

Hello Big Super and friends. This is just my opinion. And my opinion only I think these Landlords are trying to recoup there loses from that what do you call it. No evictions thing where people stopped paying rent for months. And owners couldn't evict.. I hate to say it. But people are struggling.right now. It's difficult to pay these high rents. I think landlords are taking advantage. But Big Super despite all that. I still appreciate your tours of Arizona. 👍

Big Super, hey! Yes, those were some little domiciles, right there. Cute, but so small and SO expensive. Ouch, that's a lot! And the tile in that 2nd bathroom looks like floor tile for the kitchen. Hmm. Also, I couldn't do a house behind a house. Something about that makes me feel boxed in, so that's a hard pass for me. Still, they're places to start and launch from if you have to, but those are some serious pieces of change. Thanks for showing these! 👍🏾👌🏾

OMG, the first house had to be built in the fifties or sixties for as small as the bedrooms are. The house is cute though. That rent price is crazy though. Now that back yard, I'm wondering if it's really shared, I'm also wondering if the washer and dryer are shared or not. Now the second attached house was nice and the rent was reasony at $1050 for a 2 bedroom 1 bath and with it coming with washer and dryer is a plus.😁👍🏼 Shoot a 2 bedroom one bath is $1800 or more here I valid , 😳😢

I've been binge-watching some of your content for the last several days. It's very depressing seeing some of these homes / apartments. This looks like Cell Block C or something. Starting with the concrete gray facade and rock quarry in the front yard. To complete the look it has burglar bars on the door. Wow that looks so inviting and welcoming. 😢 Why do they put AC units on the top in Arizona?

I like your videos but you need to do more research about the school district, are there grocery chains, libraries, gas stations, post offices nearby or bus stations?

They should lay some SOD in the backyard. Kids don't want to play in some rock.. IJS

Nice for one person or 2. Or 1 person and a couple of pets, if allowed.
