Looks nice. For future reference you don't need thread sealant on AN fittings. They seal at the flare not using the threads.

Nope I've since sold the bike. I'd only wrap my exhaust if it was covered in scratches and I wanted to hide them. I prefer the look of exhausts unwrapped

Could you tell me what’s size diameter is the braided oil line and the fittings? I’ve purchased the same oil pressure gauge and want to cut my won oil line and fittings to install in a different location. I want to make my own bracket to avoid cutting the heat defectors.

Sorry mate, I'd love to help you out but I don't have this bike anyone. Best thing to do would be get a piece of string and roughly route it the same way I have on my bike. Then measure the string.

I bought it off ebay mate. I haven't seen the same ebay seller advertise anymore but I know its the A1 cycles oil pressure guage. What is the psi at running temperature idle. Mine reads zero at completely running temperature at idle. I know i have oil pressure. I have no oil light or lifter noise.

@@TheGingybeardMan mine is too at 2000 rpms. At idle it is zero. After the motor is completely warmed up. Just hard to look at a mechanical oil pressure gauge reading zero at any point with the engine running.

I've got no pointers there mate, as you saw mine wasnt crazy tight, I also used a 3/8 drive. Maybe take the bike for a spin and get the head nice and warm and try again.

Mate I bought mine off eBay and it definantly is the A1 cycles oil pressure gauge despite me getting ahold of A1 cycles through their website and asking them if it would fit my softail which they said no. The seller I purchased the gauge from no longer advertises them for sale on eBay.

If you have long legs there won't be an issues with it touching your leg. I'm only 5 foot 9 and my leg missed the guage by two inches. I never felt any heat from it.

Oil pressure gauge looks good. That’s on my to do list also. Well last time I text you I told you I was going to do Stage ll to my 16FLSS. But apparently it’s illegal for HDD to do here in California💩 🤦🏻♂️ So I’m just going to wait till my warranty is over... Have you rode your bike with your new oil gauge does it hit your knee when riding..?

I've sat on the bike with the gauge and my legs don't touch it but it does come fairly close. If you're shorter than me 5 foot 9 I'd say your leg would touch which is a pain cause the gauge gets pretty warm.

120 ft/lbs, and you are using an inch/lb tension wrench. Wheel studs nuts on motor vehicles are 100ft/lbs

@@allan9584able no I havnt updated the oil pump. I do believe the 2019 model had a revised oil pump over the 2018. However I've heard they have updated the oil pump again with the 2020 models but not 100% sure on that
