Nice workout Oliver, and you did a great job on the narration throughout, however I am very used to you inspiring us through your expressions as in your normal routines. Sometimes that little bit of encouragement is all that is needed. One thing I really like is sometimes we all tend to do the form sloppy and it’s good to slow it down and think. Even with 15# dumbbells, I got an awesome pump just with time under tension. Thank you my friend.
