Good stuff. Glad fo see the progress. Irene beat cancer, omg, 20 years ago! It can be done. On a side note, hope we can finally meet up next season. Looking forward to getting back on the road. Safe travels, be well. 😊 -Mark

I agree with all that stuff! I keep thinking about Irene beating it. My dad had cancer twice. My older brother had it twice my aunt three times. We have all beat it! As awful as cancer is, this is the time to get it.

Gastain, I saw you on the WonderLife interview, and came to check out your videos, watching the one from July, to begin. Hope your handling second round better than first one. It’s a terrible thing, Cancer! It took my Dad, and two brothers. Also, heart disease and Parkinson’s, which took my Mom and a brother and a sister. I was a nurse, before become ill myself. I can relate somewhat to your fatigue, as I have chronic fatigue, which goes alongside Lupus and Fibromyalgia, RA, and depression. These are in no way comparable to cancer, just a daily struggle to manage, for past 20 years. No matter how much I rest and sleep, I am drained, or I get a bit of energy and overdo, back to square one. Prayer and gratitude have helped, along with a slew of medications I dislike! Must have sense of humor about life and the illness, or go crazy! Prayers and positive thoughts your way! ♥️🙏✌️🦋

Thank you so much. You are right on the money with fatigue. I keep in my mind that my body is a small battery right now. It doesn’t take much effort to drain it. So I do the dishes and then immediately sit down on the couch. Then I’ll get up and do another small task and then sit down. It has helped a lot for me. Had the third cycle a couple weeks ago. It’s getting worse and harder. I hope I outlast the treatments! I’ve read some on lupus it’s awful stuff. Best wishes and thank you for being empathetic. I have a new understanding of people dealing with health issues

Glad to know you're doing well and with a good prognosis. You must be feeling less anxious about it now, the chemo is working. I'm writing this from my friend's apartment in Denver. We're crashing here while I build out the van which should be done in about another 4-5 days. Then we're hitting the road and since our ultimate destination is Glacier NP, we need to travel westerly and northerly. We're planning a stay in the Ashley National Forest out your way. Don't know exactly what day we'll be there. Going to take in the rodeo at Greeley first. If you'd like to meet up let me know what days you're available and I'll work around it if possible. Happy trails!

Would love to. Unfortunately I’m heading back first part of next week to yucky Florida for round two! That sounds amazing I can’t wait to see the build out!
@vangazmicvoyage50775 жыл бұрын
@@ChasinSimplicity Next time around then. I can't wait to see the finished build too but the work is tediously slow and a $335 repair job to the van just before we departed took a bite out of the build budget so I'm having to substitute lesser quality materials. I also can't wait to edit and post the footage I got of abandoned farmsteads in Kansas but that will have to wait. Good luck with round two. Spent ten days camping and scuba diving the Florida Keys one summer. The heat and humidity was unbearable.

I’m a west coast person so all that humidity once you are east of the Rockies is really unbearable to me. Florida is the worst! I can’t wait to see the videos and the build. I keep considering my next adventure machine. Not sure what to get yet.

Have you heard about Gerson Therapy? Good results with Lymphoma. I had a Hodgkin's L scare last November with negative biopsy, but nodules present. I've been doing Gerson for last 2 1/2 months. Nodes reducing and feel great.

Chasin' Simplicity most likely it has, and if you had not seen a dr. could have not gone as well...I would have only gone if I had pain...did you have any? They say most cancers don't cause pain. Scary that it can kill you without being painful!. The chart you started sounds like a fantastic idea...I WILL remember it for me or anyone I know, tjank you! ✌🐧
@ChasinSimplicity5 жыл бұрын
No pain. Literally not a bit of pain. Cancer is simply a group of cells growing uncontrollably. Their dna is damaged so they don’t stop growing where the rest of your cells know just how long your arms need to be. How big your nose needs to be etc. so it just started growing and filling in all the little spaces it could find in my head until I started to see it. Scary and crazy. I’m very very lucky. I’m glad the chart idea might help someone you know. I’ve got it ready for round two and I plan on staying on top of the symptoms so I can have the best life as I beat this!

Hi Vicki. I just joined that page. I’m being treated at advent health in Orlando. A really great team of doctors and staff there. I have been very happy. Treatments aren’t easy on me but I’m slogging through!
