This is great. I have been searching the internet for withdrawals videos either adderal or Ritalin. The stupid drs just think it’s no big deal or withdrawal doesn’t exist for Ritalin. It does of course ! Great videos ! Thank you.

I work at a thrift store and am have been on and off trying to get off stimulants for the past 4 years, I’m 22. I go through script in a week or two nowadays , I won’t dive full blown into my history but lowkey doing much better in my addiction then this time last year, tho still not good. At work one day I noticed your book and read the back and said what the hell someone wrote a book about this experience?? My jaw dropped and it felt like universe giving me a lil gift- thank you for writing this book
