(OPEN) New Counterproductive Leading Pedestrian Interval For Bay & Adelaide (Turns Are Not Allowed)

A new leading pedestrian interval was implemented for Bay St at Adelaide St.
I unfortunately found this one counterproductive, because turns are not allowed for southbound from 07:00-19:00 (7am-7pm) weekdays. Not just that, but the right lane is a lane for public transit service and bicycles (from 07:00-19:00 weekdays only). The Bay St TTC bus route doesn't turn at this intersection either. Drivers can only use that lane to turn right for northbound only.
I really think the leading pedestrian interval should be turned into a leading through arrow, which would activate outside of the "no turn" hours. During the "no turn" hours, the through arrow would be displayed during the whole entire green interval, to make it clear that turns aren't allowed at this time.
