I’ve been listening to this exact video on and off for years .. 6 years ago I was going through an extremely stressful transition, I would put this on every night and fall asleep with 10 minutes no medicine needed! Still to this day when I can’t sleep and my mind won’t stop, I turn this on and always drift off peacefully. Your voice and pace gives me so much comfort and relaxation.

Hi I listen to your yoga nidra everyday, sometimes multiple times during the night. I have cfs/me which is coupled w insomnia. Dearest Rasa - I'm new to Yoga Nidra and came by it whilst trying to help my nephew who is dealing with high anxiety following PTSD and COD. I have loved and used many of your meditations previously and was glad to find you have done a Yoga Nidra meditation that we can use regularly. At last night's class, they said 1 hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 5 hours sleep so has to be worth pursuing for anyone with sleep disorders.Thank you for your soothing voice and guidance x

WOW WOW WOW!! One of the best joya nidras i have done. so profound. i love it when my body feels like it is levitating and flirting with sleep and consciousness. WOW!!

Hello Rasa. I tried your meditation because you specifically mention PTSD relief. I have wondered a lot about the best ways to meditate and relax in order to heal that. Most often nowadays I do meditations where I visualise healings and energies, kind of like shamanic journeying or active dreaming, where transformations take place. Thing is when I do deep relaxations like this one, a traumatic memory tends to surface when I am the most relaxed and I jerk up with heart racing and my body feels jolted with fear and tension. Of course then I just continue breathing and relaxing into those sensations and I slowly recover. But I still wonder, is this a good thing, is this a good way of healing my traumas, was this a healing experience? Or is it more like a retraumatization experience and I am better off doing different kinds of meditations. Do you have an opinion?

I was truly hoping this would address PTSD & am disappointed. Yoga Nidra is relaxing for most people, but for those Seeking Relief from ptsd this is misleading.

Hey not fair, let me stalk you back 😅 Ohhh teas... my favourite drink! I like buying various herbs from the farmers market and making my own blends, but I like many and there's too many choose from to recommend! 🙈 Chai tea is pretty yummy, I plan on having some tomorrow. Right now I am traveling and brought with me this blend - matcha, rooibos, kombucha & parsley, it has a hint of vanilla and tastes amazing in the morning! Do you have any other faves?
