In this video Tim demonstrates rolling and crawling - moving from one to the other. This doesn't have to look pretty, it can still be effective in keeping your body strong and healthy. #originalstrength

Tim, this is an excellent , practical mode for getting adults stuck in linear movement chains unbound! Thanks for sharing it!

Tim, nice ideas once again. I love having “permission to play.” I find myself lately with less structure in my workouts/exercise. I guess some structure because I’m still often repeating, working on the same movements, but I’m not counting reps, timing, etc. as much as I used to. Sometimes I’m not doing the exercises in the same order either. So it’s been nice to just tune into what my body seems to need. It does feel like play, although at first it seems like it goes against convention.

Yes, I relate to exactly what you are saying. There is this tension between feeling like there needs to be structure and feeling like you want to play in an exploratory way. Then, there becomes this freedom to oscillate between the two at will and for fun, knowing the only hard rules to be followed are the ones you want to create. Anyway, good stuff Tim!

That is the funnest looking cardio. This is the kind of thing that everyone else secretly wants to do. Do you have any floor stuff that stretches the lats near the armpits?

This is fun and it does get the heart pumping. Armpit stretching while resetting - I think I do. Let me get back to you!
