I believe that is a Silat move, Tom Furman has something like that on his Concrete Conditioning disc.

Such a natural instinctive way of working the one leg squat 👍. I came across a similar move in a leg flow from the GMB guys recently, kzbin.info/www/bejne/hWO0knRon8lskKs and alternating the Lego Squat and the Shrimp squat in this flow is a nice leg workout, whilst at the same time working hip rotation. Would love to see you and Ryan do a collab in the future. I believe both of you guys are putting out the most accessible content on movement exploration
