I just stumbled upon your videos tonight and they have helped my pelvis area groin and hips within minutes. I have been searching high and low to fix these areas on my body and your methods are the only ones that helped immediately… I cannot thank you enough

I really love your videos. The movements are great, they're fun, and you have such a nice personality. Excellent video and funny too. You would be a great mime. As we age we become more prone to injuries and I find moving slowly alleviates this
