Rocking. Crawling. Getting up and down from the floor. Carrying. These are all so simple, easy and pleasurable! Once again you have hit it out of the park, Tim. Thank you for your work!

Just a few days ago I watched your video on several (maybe 5) “morning” things to do--and despite a time consuming search, I can’t find it. One of the things - you were on hands and knees twisting around to “look at your pockets if. you have pockets.” If you know what I’m talking about, please point me to that video. I’ll be exceedingly appreciative. Thank you.

I'm not sporty at all and I've been in and out of physical therapy since I was a child, so I'm very burned out on a lot of exercise. Thank you for these unique, fun rocking/rolling type exercises. I especially appreciate that you're showing exercises that aren't super fiddly. Re. the amount of weight to carry: do you have another guideline that I might consider? Ideal weight is pretty slippery in general, plus I am flimsy -- hence my concern about osteoporosis. I'm thinking a possible progression would be to start with any amount of weight that feels easy and build up incrementally until I find a weight that is a little challenging. That or just buy one more pint of ice cream at the grocery store each week. For my spine.

Your idea of progressing your weight for the carries is a perfect way to get to where you want to be. It’s a process and you seem to have a firm grasp on what it takes for the process to work its way out. Happy Thanksgiving!

Hi Tim. Happy Thanksgiving. I was wondering if crawling is so important, why it was not added to the daily 21's (I have that program). Thanks
@OriginalStrengthSystem11 ай бұрын
You’re right. Crawling is very important. The Daily 21s are for those who won’t do it! That and crawling is hidden within some of those movements. Happy Thanksgiving!

Hi Tim, interesting video as usual ! That brings me to a question : how do you see weight distribution on hands when doing crawling, push-ups and any other based ground movement ? Cupping of hands with gripping fingers ? In yoga, I keep hearing many different ideas: another is pressure through the thumb, and even the base of the fingers, prioritizing the index fingers. What is your view on this ? Maybe I missed one of your previous video talking about this ? Thanks !

I generally keep my hands relaxed and let them reflexively respond to what my body is doing, much like my feet do when I walk. You can certainly put your intention into different ways to use your hands though. Nothing wrong with that and it opens the door for many discoveries

@user-jk1wj3dr9j Ah… When I’m trying to avoid pain or an injury, that’s where I learn. Let the pain/limitation guide you as to the best placement for your hands to move through. Your body will let you know what it likes and what it doesn’t!
