And never forget quality of move before quantity as the correct exhale/inhale. Why? Cause to feel good you can disbalance metabolism by wrong breathing!

Thanks! I actually didn’t see this one yet, I must be thinking of another video. I seem to remember the roll being even slower, then you came up on an elbow and pulled a foot through somehow? When I tried it I was surprised how challenging it was but I don’t remember the details.
