There are also a lot of common superfoods that aren't listed: Garlic Ginger Oregano Rosemary Thyme Cayenne pepper Cloves Cinnamon Turmeric Green onions Leeks Kale Spinach Beets Broccoli Purple potatoes Blueberries Blackberries Raspberries Cranberries Cherries Grapefruit Lemons & Limes Avocados Bananas Walnuts I do eat Hemp seeds, Kelp, and Spirulina every day which I know are beneficial and are on the list. I add two tablespoons of hemp seeds to my organic gluten free oatmeal every day. The nice thing about hemp seed is that it doesn't taste bad and doesn't have a strong flavor so it blends with oatmeal very well. Enjoy!

Kevin Clay I think you are confused on what a "super food"s qualifications are. Look at Dr. Mike's video on superfoods. Its very in depth.
@kevinc13158 жыл бұрын
Nope, I'm not confused. Thanks though. Dr. Mike is very confused on good nutrition though, that I do know.
@millerturq44188 жыл бұрын
Kevin Clay Every well known doctor has someone that thinks that. How would I know if you are right?
@kevinc13158 жыл бұрын
Because I've spent hundreds of hours researching nutrition myself. If you want good science based nutrition advice based on science and facts these are the doctors you should pay attention to: Dr. T Collin Campbell Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn Dr. Neal Barnard Dr. John McDougall Dr. Michael Greger Dr. Michael Klaper There are more but these are the main ones. Based on my research they are 90% or more correct on everything they say overall. Dr. Mike is around 50%.

These are not things the average person can get; I think part of longevity can be eating healthily but definitely longevity is obeying God and what He says in the Word to do and obeying God in anything He impresses upon you to do by His Spirit that will dwell within you ( a relationship with God through Jesus Christ) I don't believe you have to have these hard to get items to make it to a good old age.

How irritating....... Instead of just talking out loud or having someone read it out loud, you typed this whole thing out instead of just putting the whole thing up for us to read so we have to wait until you finish typing a word you read it. Then on top of that you have this music to listen to what we're trying to read when you're typing out what one word at a time. It's just irritating.
