'no need of high production budgets' Spoken like someone who hasn't taken a guess at the cumulative price of the video and sound gear they're using. I get the gist of what you're saying, but this *is* a high production budget channel. What you're alluding to would involve phone cameras on AliExpress gimbals duct taped to the dash, no tailgate recording, no doubling back or stopping on the roadside for varied shots with professional cameras. The quality we're enjoying is in large part due to the competent preparation and shooting, sure, but it wouldn't be possible without the budget they have.

One of my favorite fun and authentic car-guy channels did such an amazing adventure episode, not unlike TG/GT special with all the script removed and genuine problems and situations to tackle to make a few days of travelling look fun, engaging, exciting, etc.. James seemed to be properly emotional at the end there, I'll probably not cry as much at the end of TG/GT as much as he almost made me do. He genuinely made me feel like the dreams I want to achieve is always available to me, I just need to work towards it, one step at a time, and that one fine day, I would have reached it. As weird as that might sound, it motivated me in some way that even I find stupid typing about it now, lol. Thank you everybody that worked on it 24/7 to give us this content. Everybody behind this feels underappreciated and the video feels astronomically under-viewed when I think of how much each person behind it has worked to make all of it possible. There is probably so many things that I haven't even thought of that needs to be done to make all of it possible, feasible and not a pain in the ass to do. I would probably love to be a part of their team and contribute to this channel in some way or another, some day, if that's ever gonna happen, or I'd want to get to meet them at the least, and that's now one of the top things I wanna be able to do soon. This was great. Thank you James and Thomas for taking us along on your enlightenment. Also, huge thanks to AutoTempest for supporting this kind of content instead of the attempted slap-schtick of that other AutoTempest 'series' with T-H-E. Finally, hey Amazon, this is what we all expected from 'The Grand Tour'.

Both series definitely have their fans, but fortunately we don't have to choose. As long as you guys keep helping us out by using the site and sharing it with others, we should be able to keep doing stuff like this! (And to make that an easy decision, we'll keep doing everything we can to make it the best place to find cars!)

The videos of the road trip have been great but the topper, the thing that really sets this apart, is the sentiments from James. It's always great to have humor and fun in these vids but it's super rare to put that kind of heart on camera and it connects you guys with us. VERY WELL DONE.

The trilogy will stick with me for years to come. It’s been a real enlightenment that you don’t need 500+hp and luxuries to have great fun. All it takes is characterful 80s lightweights, great roads and “just five or six great people to hang out with”. I guess that’s what we all felt in one way or another. And did you notice, the right pop-up headlamp was coming ever so slightly loose and bobbling, as if toe foo was nodding and winking towards us? Such lovable cars and people. Thank you so much for sharing a truly great journey with us.

Again, what a treat! I can not help but to think back to the Top Gear specials and how much this resembles them. The fact that you where able to pull it off on a fraction of the budget they had is amazing. It only goes to show how much you can do with passion rather then money. Fellas, Richard Hammond, James May and Jeremy Clarkson got nothing on you. Thank you so very much!!!!

Wow, just amazing! I was blown away by quality of all the videos in this series. Hope you guys keep making more of these videos! I would love to see a cross Canada road trip.

What an absolutely incredible series! I know these are painfully difficult to make happen but I truly do hope we get to see more in the future at some point. Even if it’s only once every year or two. There’s just something so special about this channel, from the hosts, to the cars, to the editing and everything in between. And seeing James get emotional near the end of the trip only further highlights just how amazing this channel is and how much I love the content you guys create for us. This is truly a passion for you guys and the team and it shows! Here’s to many more years of success and great content!

You guys did what I wanted like almost since 2008, good content without lame excuses to make a car seem out of this world. Just two regular dudes who made it through in the most honest way. Thanks for making this happen and also dont sell them, they so coooooolllll

I know you can never replace top gear. But if this was the next show that got played on TV, i would watch it as a replacement, this show is the only one. Great chemistry, good light humor, incredible surroundings and fantastic videogrophy. Thank you guys so much for filling this void. This is what me and a buddy of mine are dreaming of doing with his Porsche and my STI.

This was a beautiful Mothers Day present to all the car/adventure story centric viewers. Beautiful soliloquy by James brought out the feels and also delivered a thoughtful conclusion to the purpose of the journey. Congrats to Thomas for the vision and the entire team for putting together another wonderful gem❤👍🏼

As someone who grew up in the 80s this series gave me all the nostalgic feels. I have been watching for a while now, and have always loved your takes. This series however, made me a fan for life! Can't wait for the next adventure, and all the reviews until then.

I know this is tedious and tiring to make but please make more. There's no successor to replace the trio in automotive adventures/challenges. With your chemistry with each other, y'all going places.
