খুব ভালো বলেছেন | কাজের ভিডিও | সবাই খুব উপকৃত হব | আর্যুবেদে শুশনি শাকের কথা বলা আছে| সন্ধ্যা বেলায় ২ চামচ এই শাকের রস খেলে দারুন ঘুম আসে| এটা খুব প্রাচীন বিধান

আমি রাত পৌনে এগারোটা থেকে এগারোটার মধ্যে ঘুমোবার জন্যে শুই। পাঁচ থেকে দশ মিনিটের মধ্যে ঘুমিয়ে পড়ি কিন্তু তিনটে থেকে সাড়ে তিনটের মধ্যে ঘুম ভেঙ্গে যায়। বেশীরভাগ দিনে আর ঘুম আসেনা। আমার বয়স,৬৭বছর। দুপুরে এক ঘন্টার মত ঘুমোয়। দুপুরে না ঘুমোলেও ঐ সময়ে ঘুম ভেঙ্গে যায়।কি উপায় জানালে উপকৃত হবো।

আপনি যতগুলো খাবারের কথা এখানে উল্লেখ করেছেন তার থেকে অনেক বেশি কার্যকর হলো "শুশুনি" শাক। এর থেকে আমরা ফাইবার, মিনারেলস, আয়রন, ক্যালসিয়াম, ভিটামিন পেয়ে থাকি।

কোনো কিছুই লাগবে না সারা দিন ইচ্ছে মতো কাজ করেন ঠিক মতো খান সময় মতো নামাজ পডুন এবং প্রতিদিন একি সময় ঘুমাতে যান ঘুম ১০০ বার আসবে, আর মোবাইল কমিয়ে দেখেন, আর আম খেতে পারেন আমি আম খেলে ঘুমের জন্য চোখেই দেখি না 🙂

মানুষ ছাড়া কোনো প্রাণী গভীর ঘুমোয় না, একটানা বেশিক্ষন ও নয়। আমি ১২ টা থেকে ২ টো পর্যন্তঘুম হয়, মাঝে গান শুনি, আবার ৪ টে থেকে বেলা ৮/৯ পর্যন্ত ঘুমোই।

আমি যখন এই সমস্যা নিয়ে আপনাকে দেখাতে যাই আপনি মন্তব্য করলেন আমার কাছে কেনো ঘুমের ডাক্তারের কাছে যান।অথচ করোনার সময়েও আপনি অনিদ্রার উপর ভিডিও করেছেন।আর এটুকু আমরাও জানি যে ঘুম থেকে নানা সমস্যা বা হার্টের সমস্যা হতে পারে। কিন্তু সামনাসামনি এসব পরামর্শ দিলেন না।বা সেভাবে আলোচনাই করলেন না।অথচ এখানে পরামর্শ দিচ্ছেন বিস্তারিত।আর আমাকে সবার সামনে ওভাবে বললেন।

ডাক্তারবাবু ভালো আলোচনা 🙏। অন্য একটি চ্যানেলে শুনেছি আধখানা পাকা কলা ও আধ চামচ জিরা গুঁড়া শোবার আগে চটকে খেলে ভালো ঘুম হয়। এটা কি ঠিক?

১,শোবার দু'ঘণ্টা আগে আমি ডিনার করলাম। খাবার একঘন্টা পরে এক গ্লাস দুধ খেয়ে ,তার এক ঘন্টা পরে আমি শুয়ে পড়লাম। ২, খাবার 2 ঘন্টা আগে আমি এক গ্লাস দুধ খেলাম। তারপর দু'ঘণ্টা পরে আমি ডিনার করলাম ,তার দু'ঘণ্টা পরে আমি শুয়ে পড়লাম। কোনটি বেশি প্রযোজ্য এক নম্বর না দু'নম্বর?
