I have seen some of those parent's kids actual art and its never as amazing as they claim. . .they are like the dance moms or cheerleader moms acting like their kid is the best when they never are that talented

FYI, 3D printed guns are pretty terrible. At best, they can shoot one magazine before they break and that’s assuming that most of the weapon is still made using traditional methods. Not to mention, the ammunition can’t be printed

Oh? My impression is that it can be done really well. But I have no relevant expertise, I just have a few gun nuts who are also really intelligent engineers in my best friend group, and they had a little 3D print party once. They made reference to also using a lathe and a mill and stuff though so idk whether that's what you meant by traditional methods or whether it maybe implies something else. Point is, I thought it was possible to 3D print (and otherwise self-manufacture) guns worth having?
