Great show and great to see them shown here. I have to say that Bess and Mary made up the most beautiful team I have seen on this show so far. Gorgeous, elegant and beautifully dressed. You'll never see that ever again.

LOL What's funny after watching a few of these old episodes is that the reuse a lot of the words.

I'm a little disappointed Tom seemed to have intentionally blurted out "infatuated" when he really should've given his partner one last chance to guess the password. Other than that, a very enjoyable episode. Thanks!

I liked that. He knew his partner wouldn't get it anyway, and I've never seen anybody else end a word that way.

Miss Myerson led a fascinating life. A lot of people treated her very poorly.
@itburns57565 жыл бұрын
I was so glad she was completely acquitted after all that scandalous nonsense.
@waldolydecker81182 жыл бұрын
@@itburns5756 - The scandal wasn't "nonsense" - Myerson was a NYC Commissioner who got involved in an adulterous relationship with a city sewer contractor, then befriended the Judge overseeing his legal case, then hired the Judge's daughter; the Judge then ruled favorably for the sewer contractor. Public official adultery is not "nonsense," its messy unethical behavior. True, they didn't convict her on the quid pro quo, but if she was "innocent" of everything, then so was OJ.

She was still a foxx.
@verity3616 Жыл бұрын
@@waldolydecker8118 You cut-and-pasted this from Wikipedia and are leaving out considerable context. Do you know how many public officials meet each other at public events? She didn't 'befriend' the judge as is implied here as if it were intentional seeking him out. She knew him before the case, during the case, and afterwards because they were both civic workers. She was acquitted of all charges. It was all just a stupid smear campaign by the gossip magazines. They resented this beautiful woman was trying to have a career.
@waldolydecker8118 Жыл бұрын
@@verity3616- Yeah, right Mack. OJ was originally "acquitted of all charges" too, yet $5 will get you $10 that "acquittal" never did and never will mean anything to you. That's your choice. Funny how we pick and choose...if we like the person, the acquittal means everything; but if we hate the person, an acquittal from the same court process is unacceptable. Myerson committed adultery with a city contractor...that's an admitted 100% fact, not a "smear campaign." You talk with lame reasoning - she was smeared by the gossip media solely because "she was a beautiful woman trying to have a career." lol. Do you know how ridiculous you sound? Not to mention the utter inaccuracy of your claim. Your emotional like of Myerson is apparent. "She was acquitted of all charges." So was Donald Trump after not one, but TWO impeachments. Naturally, like Myerson, he never did nothing wrong. He was just a beautiful President trying to make America great again and they resented it so they launched a "stupid smear campaign." OK Mack, got it.

Seeing that we Blacks have BET, (which is obviously a racist move to have a network dedicated solely to ANY RACE) and White folks don't, I think there is enough racism to go around. After they were both widowed, the deaths of their spouses brought Poston and Pleshette together again, and they married in 2001. They remained married until his death from respiratory failure in Los Angeles on April 30, 2007. She died the following year, and they are buried close to each other.
