And he isn’t the only person who buys homes with no mortgage. Welcome him to the club. Vanilla Ice schooled him further on investment properties. The deal is your family can’t inherit your fn rent. Grant Cordone also schooled him on renting from your own company for business reasons. I didn’t watch his last interview though. Boosie showed him what home owners can do that renters can’t.

Cash leverage really is a great bargaining tool. My buddy put his house on the market for 500k he got an offer for 575k contingent on the buyer selling their house in 30 days but he took a 535k cash offer with no contingencies no inspections a week ago and the closing is next week. The buyer also paid cash for all the furniture he wanted, all the greenhouse equipment that was there (property is 11 acres with two 120ft greenhouses) and he bought his backhoe and his Kubota and all the attachments. All in all he wasn’t stuck with a bunch of shit to drag 1000 miles away where he’s moving and ended up with 70,000 on top of the 525 which he only owed 130k on it so he essentially made out better than he thought by taking the lower cash offer.
