During the downward facing dig position where we kinda bicycle with our legs, I always keep feeling pressure around my neck and shoulders instead of legs. Any tips?

sounds like you are shrugging your shoulders. Concentrate on holding your shoulder blades in a depressed position: imagine trying to put your shoulder blades in the back pocket of your pants.

I have no idea it would depend on a lot of factors for each unique person. Using an activity tracker like the Apple Watch is your best bet.

Hello mam, I have been watching content on internet that women with PCOS should only do low intensity workouts in order to manage release of stress hormones. I just want ur opinion on this as I am really confused bcoz I only feel satisfied after high intensity workouts. Is it true??

No it's not true. I've read similar claims about high-intensity exercise causing Cortisol to be high. The logic is flawed and academic research has debunked this myth. I made a video on this topic here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fXnQgmtpj76BobM. The body's response to chronic stress (like sleep deprivation and emotional stress) fundamentally differs from how our bodies respond to exercise. From what I understand, cortisol levels spike during vigorous exercise (like HIIT) and then drop quickly. Plus, HIIT has been shown across multiple medical studies to be the most effective modality for improving insulin resistance in PCOS. IR is involved in some of the same feedback loops that chronically high cortisol and androgens, so HIIT might even help with high cortisol (maybe). The only exception is over-exercising. Which is a form of chronic stress! To avoid over-exercising, limit your intense workouts to no more than 60 minutes a session, and I'd keep HIIT sessions to 20 minutes or less.

I’m using 25 pounds for heavy 8 fot the light set. What you use will depend on your own fitness level. Pick a side of doubles that feel heavy do you and a set of dumbbells that feel light but challenging to you.

Nice, feeling how the bloating and pain receded within approximately two months made all the difference, I simply go’ogled the latest by Tilly Strankten and her Ovarian Cyst Guide and although it really took about 10 weeks for it to totally shrink and vanish I’ve never felt so light and relaxed.
