I am a former fitness instructor and soccer player. The years of pounding have taken effect on my knees so I put on lots of weight. I am able to do your videos twice a day and have noticed a slimmer belly! Will do this again and again!

Dear Imi, I am from Knoxville, Tennessee USA, and a year ago I fell on my knee and it's been in pain since then. I thought I was going to have to get it operated on to walk normally again. I did this exercise for my back and was shocked at how it affected my knee! I was SO tight and stiff all over from not being able to walk properly, and this video has helped tremendously. I find myself doing 3-4 of your videos at a time. Much ❤️ to you. BTW I'm 72 years old.

I do this workout with mom in 1 week, I have problem for digestion (sorry not poo* everyday) even I eat healthy foods everyday, but after I practice this yoga and balance autonomic nervous system yoga. It makes my digestion, body feels much better. I can poo* everyday now. I am 26 yo And my mom's story (52 yo), she has problem with her right hand bcz fallen down from motorbike very pain to move, but after she does this yoga in almost 1 week. It likes a miracle, her hand recovers. Thankyou so much for sharing this videos, you help us a lot. Stay healthy and full of blessed 😊❤

I just have to say how grateful I am to have found this video. I used to work as a costume character in an amusement park, and those things are heavy, especially the head. 3 years ago I did something to my neck muscles and my back and traps have been plagued with crippling knots that could leave me half immobile for weeks and in just immense pain. I've been doing this for a week now, and even after two times the knots that have been impossible to get undone have become undone and I have been sleeping like a baby. No more pain. My muscles feel AMAZING!! Plus, i have noticed a metabolic affect in my arms which has always been a trouble area for me, so double win. Anyways, that was a ramble but I just wanted to express my gratitude for taking 3 years of on and off pain away in just a few minutes.

I am going to do it every day of my life, this is the best I've seen on KZbin, I did it with you, I am already feeling better, much better than any other I have tried, it is even better than walking. I thank God for people like you, who brings us the knowledge of keeping the body in good condition, it also helps to lower high blood pressure. Did you sweat? I will give it a try too. Hope it is also a good cardio exercise. I do not like to bend and lay on the floor to do the hard exercise LOL.

I’m like you ..I Will Start trying to dos this Each and Every day…Sis that I can get 💪 Stronger…I’m a Walking Miracle. @@sonjagichevska2731 Sanja , Yes, it is absolutely the best, it reduces the fat in my back, it strengthens the whole body system, it even lowered high blood pressure, and made me feel better. I am not advertising for these people, I don't even know them, ,but I would like people to do something good for them self to improve their health. Blessings

Thanks a lot to Amy for the exercises!!!! My back ached for 3 months. I did massage, drank pills. Nothing helped(. Now I do 2 weeks of bigan yoga and a miracle happened! My back doesn't hurt. Hurray!!!!

It's my seventh day do this. I do two sets of this exercise and your 2 miles walking exercise twice a day. Morning and night. So, about 3 hours exercise per day. Ahoj Imi jsem Věra z České republiky je mi 73 let,a cvičím cca rok,a cítím se o hodně lepší i když mé aktivity jsou celkem vysoké.Od jara do podzimu ,kolo a turistika a právě na zimu vždy měním cvičení i když ta turistka zůstává.Toto cvičení a různé jiné poznatky mého těla je třešničkou na dortu ❤️Chci být stále aktivní a mít radost ze života ještě dlouho a užívat si spokojeného stáří.Moc děkuji a přeji hodně zdraví a spokojenosti,díky za to co děláte pro ostatní lidi.👏👏👍🙋‍♀️

Me to next month I will be 63. I'm sore and stiff. I'm completely flabby. I would cry if anyone told me I was. But I tell myself. I like my size and weight.. I'm just completely fabby no muscle tone.... 😂 I'm 147lbs I want to do this everyday

@@mae-lr8gv The thing that helped me so much was getting away from sugars, then wheat! U won't believe how u can lose all the water weight, prolly about 7-10 lbs in 4-5 days!. Wheat and sugar are highly inflammatory and keep your joints swollen and achy. I even experimented ...for 2 days, I just ate avocados and meat. My decades-old chronic back pain disappeared! I wdn't have believed any of this, but I encourage u to try it and see.

Yes, at 69, if I don't exercise, or at least get out and take a walk, I lose energy, and could just nap on and off all day! I get my elderly dogs out for a walk, too and see how it brings them to life. Otherwise, they just sleep all day.

Thank you for having this. Not only did I reduce & maintain my waistline, my right frozen shoulder got better. I did this on Sat and Sun and it took a month to see result. I believed if I had done it daily, it is possible in 14 days to see result. Greatly appreciated 🙏🏻

I love every video of Imi’s. She motivates me with her upbeat personality and smiles. From facial massage to overall body fitness, I look forward to the videos every day! I couldn’t find an ounce of energy and my neck was starting to sag/jowls. After practicing every day ( various videos), my skin looks so much better. I’ve slept better, my back pain and stiffness is almost gone and have more energy at work. Thank you so much Imi.. you are wonderful. ❤️ By the way, I am 57 years old.

Hi Imi- I am 72 and your videos are helping me with flexibility AND losing upper body weight! I do ride a stationary bike but that doesn't help with getting my muscles being able to move and not be so stiff. I have been able to put off lower back surgery due to strengthening back muscles. Thank you so much for being here and sharing your encouragement to us! I do a couple of. videos daily and then continue with the arm stretches throughout the day. It is working. You are awesome!!!

I can do this! Thank you Imi for getting me moving. Back in May 2022 I practised this twice a day along with other exercises plus eating healthily and I reduced my waist by 2 inches in 2 weeks. I also lost about 6lbs. I felt great, much more energetic. Since then I’ve slipped back into old habits and regained the weight😢 However, the reason I’m mentioning this is because this week I’ve started again. Swinging my arms is my entry to being more active. This time I’m experimenting - I shall follow only this routine twice a day for 2 weeks. I started yesterday and after 3 sessions I already have more energy and a clearer head! It’s astonishing. I’m so glad I found you. Thank you. 😊

Hi Ms. Imi, hope you are doing great. Me and my Mother tested Covid positive on May 19th of this year. I we loss our Mom who's just 56yo. I'm still suffering from Post covid syndrome. And using stick to walk. Day by day I'm weighing more due to the usage of medicine. My whole body became stiff because of my less movements. And many more. Just now I found your workout and I did it. YES, I FINALLY FINISHED A WORKOUT BY MYSELF. THANK YOU SO MUCH. My upper body especially my arms are feeling light. And it's a great achievement for me. I'll try to continue doing this one. My goodness. I suffer from autoimmune disease and sometimes my fatigue is too much to bear. I felt wonderful after this workout and then I found your lower body workout and did that one too.I saw on your channel that you have so many workouts. This does get your heart beating without destroying yourself in the process. I love the message of "love your body and it will love you back!" I'm going to switch to these workouts along with bike riding and see what happens. I can't wait to do the foot message tonight. Thanks for this!

Last January I had uterine cancer and had total hysterectomy, my stomach was huge from the robotic surgery, I've been doing this exercise for 4 days and I can see the difference already .

Imi thank you so much for your videos!! Keep them coming please. I am 58 and all my life had sleep issues and fat around my belly. My herbalist felt I had an imbalance in my nervous system. When I did your video on balancing the sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves in the spine something definitely happened!! I took a nap that day and at night slept better than ever!! I love that you explain everything in your videos about why we should do everything in your videos because if we have an understanding of your wisdom we want to do it. Thank you from my heart ♥️

Ими у вас потрясающие упражнения и милая улыбка. Мне 56 лет стала набирать вес перенесла 2 операции и удаления желчного пузыря. Сделала 2 дня упражнения чувствую прилив сил, тепло́ между лопатками и уменьшение объемов живота. Это такие несложные упражнени́я. Буду делать 2 раза в день. Сообщу результаты. I absolutely love this little workout! I try and do it every day, or at least every other day. I find it’s good for my lower and upper back ache. I’ve added another couple of exercises to this as well. Imi is also very inspiring. Thank you Imi 😊😊

Hello Ami☺️ I recently came across your channel and have to say: What a blessing!🙏 I have gained a lot of weight in the last three years and have a desk job. I tried to find something with different fitness videos on YT, but it was a disaster for me. The exercises were either from 0 to 180, which even gave me problems with my stomach, or even the warm-up exercises felt like I was lifting 100kg. But your exercises are perfect! They are understandable, comprehensible and feasible. I feel very good after the exercises, even though some of it is strenuous as my joints are shockingly stiffer than expected, but it helps! I feel good after the exercises! Thank you from Germany☺️☺️

Hie Imi. I am 30 years old and a mom of 15 month old baby. I have put on a bit on my tummy area after delivery. I have done my 1st session today and it feels so energetic and muscles are relaxed. There is no tiredness in this workout and motivates me to keep continuing with it. Looking forward to give you an update after one month about how I feel with the workout. As a former college athlete, our coach used to make us do many of these exercises as warm ups, didn't occur to me then, they are actual exercises! Obvious now, thank you. I will be doing the challenge! Day 1 😊

Walking around with so much pain in my right upper arm and shoulder and even after 1 session - without pain doing they exercise, I already feel how my shoulder is more loose. THANKS!!! I have tried a lot of different types of yoga and excersises just after a knee replacement..your videos do not effect me knee..your excersises keep me in TOP SHAPE! Thank you my dear friend... yesterday's stretch videos is highly addictive..well done In...please give us more..God bless!

Thank you so much Imi for these wonderful exercises! I was a skeptic when I started and I honestly don't remember how I came across your videos but the volume of positive comments made me stay. I stuck with your videos not daily but 3-4x a week for 3 weeks when I noticed the results. I now do 4 videos with you at least 4-5x a week and I love your positivity, energy, not to mention the changes to my face and body. I love that these videos are not only effective, they are easy and can be done in the comfort of my own home without any equipment. Thank you so much for all the effort you put into these videos!

I started doing this today 4/4/22. I love you Imi for giving us the opportunity to make us love our bodies. I was searching for a yoga type of exercise and I found you and I'm definitely loving all your videos!! I'll share results after day 14th. But, I'm not going to stop doing these as I love them.

I was listening to a guru and he said Americanised yoga isn't really yoga. Said it doesn't require all these crazy poses. Lol! Said it just needs to be simple. It means to come together I believe. I love this young lady. I feel I found a gem.

Hi everyone! Thank you Imi for all you’re wonderful exercises and massage techniques! You are changing lives! I’ve been doing this workout, the other swing your arms workout and sometimes the swing legs workout for the past 3-4 weeks and have gotten visible results! I do them everyday! My waist is narrower, so are hips and arms, back fat is almost gone and I am obese to start with. I have also started eating a starch diet based on starch solution so am starting to see pounds drop too. Not strict diet but I’m trying. Keep going everyone ! We can do this God willing!

@@mojisolaagbaje7970 look into starch solution diet, but now I’m not following it anymore, I’m doing workout videos by personal trainer Lucy Wyndham reed on KZbin and that’s helping me lose inches off waist legs and whole body! Also following an 18\6 intermittent fasting

That means you gained muscle and lost fat! Muscle is heavier than fat, so you can weigh the same but be smaller.

Good Morning, here in. SLOVAKIA,dear Imi, many thanks for this exercise, I did it on Tue and then went for swimming and to keep the breaststroke for a longer period was amazing, normally, I needed to break after 2-3lenghts and do the backstroke, now ,I managed 10 lengths without a break, I believe it is thanks to you and your exercises!!!! Thank you, keep it up, I am your big supporter!🎉😊❤

Я только начала. Надеюсь мне поможет подтянуть живот после родов. Тренировка понравилась, на вид легко, но я даже немного устала,а после чувствуется, что кровообращение улучшилось в теле. Спасибо огромное за ваш труд
