This was tough alright! Will definitely lower my weights for a few of the exercises next time. Did this after a 20 mins cardio workout and was able to burn 307 active calories. Thanks Penny! ❤

I miss doing your workouts, but I’m dealing with a messed up front hip flexor issue and piriformis issue and squats and lunges of any kind are out of the question! I can maybe do baby squats and not a lot of those! I’ll get back there one day, but my Pilates reformer is going to be my resistance friend for a while…😊😊. This workout will be on the list to do, for sure!!!
