SMH. I'm 44 years old. My dad told me a LONG time ago when I was a kid to "never 'LOAN' someone an amount that you can't afford to do without. If they pay it back, then fine. If they don't pay it back, then it's still fine because again, you didn't loan them an amount that you couldn't do without."

Has it ever occurred to her “What the hell is the fiancé doing? People need to Stop saying "don't worry about it" because YOU might mean that you understand the situation they're in but you STILL need them to follow thru in keeping their word ".... BUT the other person misinterprets or uses it as an excuse to mean you're saying -- the debt is forgiven - they don't have to pay you. I see that so much in these court cases.
