Bartholomew Roberts had musicians on his ship, and apparently they were important enough that he listed a day off for them in his pirate code. Supposedly, Samuel Bellamy's crew once tried putting on a play to keep themselves entertained. The play was about a pirate's trial. Unfortunately, a couple crew members had gotten drunk below decks and fallen asleep. They woke up and came staggering out at the moment in the play the pirate is found guilty. In their drunken state, these pirates didn't realize it was just a play and thought that their friend had been captured, so they lashed out with their weapons and I think one of the actors lost an arm.

Apparently not because Wendy developed feelings for Peter feelings of love for Peter. But when Peter took off on her That made Wendy very sad and she caught herself to sleep. Wendy found hook more of a man of feeling while Peter was the opposite. Wendy learned from hook that Peter could not love because that was the riddle of his being. hook did seem to actually be fond of Wendy. Despite his ulterior motive I could see that there was a flirtation between Wendy and Hook. Despite her age of course I could actually tell by Wendy's demeanor That's Wendy would prefer hook over Peter.

I thought this was a neat added subplot. Wendy acting as a mother to the pirates. Not to mention Aunt Millicent. I also thought it was interesting how Wendy gets in trouble at school and how Nana gets put out. I thought this film was wonderful. My only complaints from a personal standpoint was I wish they had it take place in late May/early June to match up with the time that they return in the book. I also wish they kept the part about the Indians guarding Peter's hideout.
