@vicrackingup2 Not deranged, but just yelling and ranting so much it would just grind on my ears. The high pitched screaming just turns me off, sometimes. The issue I have is painting this Sulek as a bad person for doing tons of roids, it's a catch 22 because he's just going out there doing what he wants and now after becoming successful is accused of being a bad influence. I'm guessing Sulek doesn't encourage steroid use, so it's purely for the way he looks, but the way he looks got him successful. So do we blame the player or the game.

Absolutely the game! Sam didn't come up with this himself, he's a fan of the ones that came before him and guess what they took. By the way Greg, this is one of the best most considerate videos I've ever seen you do. I know you actually care about us. You help me in my career and in my life with the knowledge you have. People The man knows what he's talking about well with exception of his training volume LOL. Nothing but love for you brother. You're really really impressed me with this one. Sam sulick is not going to make it. I didn't start till I was 25 and he's blasting pretty hard. He's going to have a cardiomyopathy and die before he's 25 or 30 years old. I only did them for 2 years and ended up with a 37% injection fraction and I beat it. I'm the same age as you are. But I listened none of my friends did and they're all dead every damn. One of them brother that I competed with. Your advice is gold more like platinum.
@willmorris3408 ай бұрын
I think people like Phil are missing the point, Sam isn’t there championing gear usage, he’s a chill calm voice of encouragement that cuts through the bullshit and focuses on what matters in the gym the pump and personal growth. His content is not focused on the most efficient methods of exercising or promoting his own narrative or products, he’s just preaching consistency, listening to your body, and creating/going for your own goals. It’s the media, content creation, and body building environment that’s the issue creating unrealistic expectations for young lifters.
@BrianEthridge-wg6ko8 ай бұрын
Competing is completely different from working out in the gym. As you're saying. I have won a state show natural. I practice posing an hour of morning for the entire month before the show 5 days a week. An hour before my gym opened in the aerobics room with my training partner. It's completely different. I got the best posing award and I won my class and overall. And I wasn't 100% natural. I got lucky. This kid will get trashed. It's a completely different ball game when you're using drugs. As you already know. Greg, you're speaking the truth like I've never even heard it before. You could not get anymore, right?

@itsmeframezi10788 ай бұрын
The thing I have never understood, is why are people not considering ones own free will and accountability? Sam doesn't encourage people to take steroids', we know he's on them but he isn't telling his fan base to go out and take them. And in the case that someone does go out and start PEDS and says "I'm doing them because Sam Sulek does them" then it's not Sam's fault, it's that persons decision. Sam is a wonderful guy, and regardless of what he takes I watch his videos because he is just a kind person more then anything. Too many egotistical maniacs in the fitness industry nowadays, Sam is a breath of fresh air.
@Dilomight7 ай бұрын
He markets himself that way, that personable impression that you mention. Not faulting him for that, a savy business mind would realize the potential of taking this approach to get attention.
