Once you are done with basic pigeon, you can practice this, this will help for thigh, hip and a bit of spine stretch.
Practice with a good warm up and end with shavasana.
This will help you a lot to stay strong mentally and emotionally. Keep practicing
Don't forget to add a warm-up and a few repetitions of Suryanamaskara before you start.

Great explanation. I like that you focus on only one asana in each video because this makes it possible to understand each asana deeply and connect with it, rather than just as a physical exercise that is part of a routine. Thanks.

In Pigeon posture i can't touch my feet at hip i have much pain in hamstring mussels it have any idea to relief from the pain
