Join me for a 30 minute Full Body Pilates workout to get your body moving and feeling good for 2024. Taught live this routine will strengthen the core, release a tight back as well as tone your entire body. Working through the hips, shoulders, legs, arms, back and side body you will finish feeling refreshed and ready for your day. Come and see what a focused pilates session can do for you.

Hi Rachel! I am almost 79 and have committed to your 30 Day challenge. It has been very challenging, but I plan to do it every day with my own modifications. I am so pleased to know that you are planning on a Senior challenge. I realize that is a lot of extra work for you but it is so appreciated. Thanks for all you do.

Excellent class Rachel. I have been going through so many of your sessions over the last month and really enjoying them. I love the way you are so clear in your instructions and the reminder re the inhale and exhale is super helpful.

Hi Rachel! I would like to know some modifications for doing dog pose and other poses that put weight on the shoulder. I have a torn rotator cuff. I still want to do the workouts!

Happy New Year to everyone! I read somewhere that "exercise is the X-Factor....it's the only treatment that improves everything ". I,too am in my 70's and exercise, especially Pilates keeps me feeling healthy. God's blessings to all.

Completed number 5 of the 30 day challenge . I can feel my abdominal pulling in as I transfer weight to feet thus allowing me to stand. Watching you doing the upstretch explaining to Sandy and I’ll also work on my shoulder flexibility. Reaching back with the shoulders 😊 thank you for that advice.

Thanks... Was pretty tough but appreciated the modifications as with arthritic back and damaged ankle not every move was ok for me... So thankful that you are mindful of those of us who are have body problems. BUT I have to say I do feel much more flexible after each session ... heading for the shower now. Great session working the whole body, thank you, this 30-day challenge is a wonderful start to 2024🎉😊❤ the only thing I don’t do is rotation of elbows to knees during sit ups, I’ve noticed it causes discomfort at the base of my spine/right hip area (could be related to ataxia?)anyway, I just keep doing regular sit-ups, legs moving back and forth, or fast forward through it if I’m watching the recorded session. Just keep moving, as you say, if it feels uncomfortable, don’t do it! I’m finally accepting the wisdom of those words as I get older, deal with deficits!😉😊❤
