can i just say how much i love that the emphasis is on being healthy and strong, and not to lose weight ?! i am now very sweaty and my arms hurt, i will absolutely do this again !

Also what they wanted to say is that nowadays not a lot of fitness persons are focusing on strength gain and that's sad, it's often about losing weight

Thank you for this workout. I've been starting to feel sick just due to lack of physical activity, and have been trying to take better care of myself but I dont have access to a gym or equipment. That forearm side plank crunches was the hardest after doing those 2 forearm side plank poses. Thank you for this workout! I haven't done a focused ab strength workout in a long time.

Your vids are always great & challenging…did this one while doing 10 push-ups during every break. Made exercise 28 even more brutal, was 270 pushups in by that point.

I did this routine as my morning exercise and enjoyed it. This will probably be part of my workout habit. It is "on your hands and knees", by the way. I liked your style the first time I saw your relaxed, controlled and slow style. I will try your other workouts, too. Thank you.
