great to add onto a cardio or strength! I agree with you: burny, but also doable; I guess cuz the pace made so it was not v. cardio, and also you gave little rests to get the lactic acid out. I loved it!

Hello Linda! I just did this workout at 7:30am ! I still felt some soreness from your 15 min lower belly workout I did 2 days ago! LOL! This was perfect as I cannot put bodyweight quite yet on my healing left arm! In just one of the moves, I had to modify a bit so I don't press on my left arm! Some of the moves burned so much! Always love working the abs and obliques! Some of the side moves required holding up and stressing my neck a bit so I had to rest for a few seconds once in a while! Love this workout so much! This is a great one to complement the lower belly workout because it has a lot of upper abs and obliques. Your neck has muscles in it too so it will get stronger with time. If you look up towards the ceiling and keep your chin slightly away from your neck it will help to keep it in alignment. I'm glad you liked it. Have a great rest of the weekend! 😊

This was awesome! Those side lying crunches were intense- your workouts hit the obliques a lot (which I love) so I think mine are permanently sore haha. I loved the variations you came up with! Thanks so much : )
