www.buymeacoffee.com/Barlates Welcome to the BEGINNERS MAT SERIES, a series of time efficient workouts that will sculpt long, lean muscles! These workouts have fewer reps than my other mat workouts and you change legs more frequently. They are the perfect introduction if you are new to Barlates workouts and will still give you amazing results.
In Beginners Mat Abs you will see lots of unique mat exercises to target the obliques, upper and lower abs. There are interesting angle changes to use more muscle groups in one exercise. This gives you a highly effective workout in less time. The exercises are oblique bends in a pretzel position, seated wood chops and crunches, some lying leg raises, crunches and leg raises with knees to the side, seated c-curve leg raises in diamond, c-curve pulses with alternating leg raises and a fun bicycle series to finish.
Fitness level: All Levels - just add ankle weights or a resistance loop to increase the burn.

Added this on to your Lower Body Barre with Ball 2. Only because I've been following you and working out with you for over 3 months I knew it's not gonna be a true beginner workout. 😀 Lucky me I knew it! 😀 It would've been super tough for me as a true beginner. 😀 Loved every singe move in this workout! That's exactly the necessary level for my abs when I can do everything without easier modifications and taking extra breaks, but still feeling that good burn! Thank you, Linda so much!

Omg Ive been looking for this video again so hard! I kept putting in pilates beginners abs searching for this and nothing finally I looked through my liked videos! I love this so much - I love abs and I only did this once and I remember it being deceptively easy but feeling the burnnn

I absolutely love to see Minnie in your workouts!! Seeing your fur baby is a real treat! I like these exercises a lot and will be definitely purchasing in November. Although Barlates Beginners Workout’s are not for true beginners I find them a very useful addition to my collection. I use them when I’m not up to your more challenging workouts. However most of the time I do use ankle weights and light hand weights. I always get an excellent workout.

Yes, she has been in quite a few workouts lately cause she has decided the studio is her fav place at the moment. We'll see how long that lasts! 😊

Due to my knee issues I had to skip some parts, but I was great anyway. It's so sad that now I'm scared of getting injured while exercising. It didn't matter what I did (pilates, yoga, etc)., but I always got injured. So I must be very careful. Your work is awesome.
