This 30-minute Pilates workout is perfect for beginners. It's a great way to get started with Pilates and to improve your overall fitness. The workout targets all major muscle groups and helps to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. No equipment is required, so you can do this workout at home.

I'm 73 with 24/7 sciatic nerve pain in my legs. My Dr suggested Pilates. After watching your video I know there are a few of these stretches I know are out of the question. Which part of your routine will be the most beneficial and least painful for me starting out. I'm not very limber and bending over like you did is impossible, will bending halfway over be of any use? Thank you.

Hey there. Sorry to hear that! Most exercises can be adapted by limiting range of motion, reps, regularity of rest, and level. So yes, certainly using a smaller range of motion could be beneficial. However, with a disc issue you really don't want to push it. The intro is around 10 mins and I go into the principles, then we work through a setup of the body, going in to the fundamentals like core engagement. So the song is called Way You Feel by an artist called Higher Self. The album is called Mind Body Beats Fusion Presents Chill Hop. It is licence free music I use in my sessions and videos 🙌
