this is not a basic class. she mixed basic movements and hard ones so be careful with your back !

I know I'm a little late and I usually don't comment on videos but I had my 1st baby last August and had a very rough delivery so I didn't feel comfortable working out until now and this workout made me feel amazing. I already feel stronger. Also, please no sympathy... I wouldn't change my birth story if I could. I just wanted to say thank you so much and I look forward to doing more of your workouts! 💗😀

I had my 1st baby in May, and he was a surprise c section. I healed well, but wow! When she says you start from 0, she isn't kidding. This video has also been perfect for me to get back into the swing of things.❤🎉 Good job mama!

I love how you talk about setting the right expectations after having a baby, or in my case, after a long hiatus of not exercising. It really encouraged me and made me feel more comfortable. Again, love your class and thank you for what you're doing!

I just love her Pilates videos! I got out of the hospital a couple of weeks ago and haven’t been able to exercise but really have wanted to, and this is my first step back. She makes me feel like I can do it, and takes such a holistic approach to help! Best Pilates videos I have found- thanks you so much!

This is such a great flow, Juliana. Really cracked me in all the right places. Our bodies are like glow sticks, they need to bend and crack so they can light up inside

Whew that was definitely a quick but tough routine!! You're super strong to be able to talk through the pilates 100 while holding perfect form! I could barely keep up with the 5 count breathing lol! I really needed this challenge to wake me up and get motivated to start my work day! Thank you Juliana!!

I am glad to see this very basic beginner class with solid explanations of the positions and where to focus. It's always helpful to go back to basics, no matter how advanced one is in their practice. This one definitely activated me, thank you Juliana for your guidance.

Thank you so much! I have been going to your videos more frequently lately. This one was great- i missed my workout/body movement today from overworking and did this to get at least SOME movement in. It was 10 o clock at night, but my body just doesn't like to go a day without moving with intention.
